We are looking for new Travel Planners to add to our outstanding team of Disney experts! ConciEARS is a full-service travel agency specializing in Disney destinations, recognized as a Silver EarMarked agency by Disney for our excellent customer service and sales. 

Our tight-knit company LOVES Disney and its theme parks, resorts and destinations around the world – and we share that knowledge through friendly education and enthusiastic service to families everywhere.

• You are passionate about Disney travel destinations, always planning your next trip
• You tend to be the “Disney friend” in your community, giving travel advice to all your friends and acquaintances
• You have personally experienced travel involving Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, or Adventures by Disney in the past 12 months
• You have excellent writing skills and stellar attention to detail
• You are comfortable with social media and online marketing
• You are organized, self-motivated, and driven to provide excellent customer service
• You thrive in a remote-based team environment

But what exactly does a Travel Planner do? If hired, here’s what you can expect:

• Assist clients with finding, booking and planning vacations – including tracking all of their dates, plans and details
• Keep up to date on training and news from the destinations we sell
• Follow all ConciEARS guidelines and procedures
• Set your own schedule and work from a home office
• Generate your own client leads

Support and guidance are vital, and we want you to succeed! In exchange for your work, ConciEARS will provide:

• A thorough onboarding and training program to get you up to speed on becoming a Travel Planner
• Ongoing coaching from a designated Mentor throughout your first year
• Monthly training calls with our whole team, led by the agency owner
• Access to our library of planning tools, resources, travel tips, media, and more
• Accurate and prompt commission payments
• Opportunities to experience Disney destinations firsthand

This is a part-time, contractor position – all compensation is commission-based.
