A relative of the clients made a surprise appearance checking into a different hotel the other night. My client contacted me asking if we can move her to their hotel as well as get her theme park tickets. After being on the phone for about an hour I was able to book the new room, tickets, and have them check out of her original hotel early! All this was done while my clients still got to enjoy their morning at Hollywood Studios!
