We are THRILLED to add four new Travel Planners to the ConciEARS team this month! Read on for a little more about each one.

Morgan Petiti

To all that come to this blog post, welcome! My name is Morgan Petiti and am thrilled to be a
part of the ConciEARS team! Born and raised in the Bay Area, I now reside in Southern Arizona
with my wife, two boys, and three dogs. When not planning Disney vacations, I am a special
education teacher at the elementary level working with kids from Kindergarten to 6 th grade.

My family taught me the pure magic that Disney provides, from the parks and attractions, to the
movies and songs. We would dance around the backyard to the Main Street Electrical Light
Parade and Fantasmic soundtracks and those are memories I will never forget.
I have found a newfound love of Disney as a parent. My mom told me that seeing Disney
though the eyes of a child is what makes it so magical, and she could not have been more
correct! Seeing my boys see everything Disney for the first time has brought tears to my eyes
more times than I am willing to admit, but I would not have it any other way.

My Disney story starts all the way back to when I was just a couple months old. My parents took
me to Disneyland for the first time when I was only a couple months old. When I finally got to
meet Mickey, I bit his nose! You could say that ever since I “tasted” the magic, I just can’t get
enough! From that point on, my parents took me every year to Disneyland and a couple times to
Walt Disney World.

I have also loved to see how accommodating Disney is for my family. My oldest son has autism
and at times really struggles with being overstimulated. Being able to utilize the DAS pass and
have a team of cast members who are so accommodating on the spot has completely
transformed the way that we do Disney!

Why use me as a travel planner? I am obsessed with everything Disney. My wife jokes around
that most topics I can talk for many two minutes, but with Disney I can talk and spew information
and advice for days. I get excited to give advice, and if I do not know something I genuinely get
excited to research it and give a well informed answer once I learn more about it. I also am well
balanced in the sense of understanding people’s variety of requests on a Disney vacation. I can
plan a trip where every minute is calculated, or a trip where almost everything is just at the whim
of the moment. Finally, being a special education teacher and a father of a child with autism, I
understand the needs of families with an individual who has a disability. I want to help show
families who are apprehensive of attending Disney vacations due to disabilities that with my
support, and some Disney pixie dust, they too can have a wonderful and memorable vacation.

Mary Beth Moody

Mary Beth is a travel planner residing in Pennsylvania who loves to trade the brisk fall and chilly
winters for an escape to Disney World’s magic.

Mary Beth’s love of Disney was cemented early thanks to the back-to-back releases of The
Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin and childhood visits to the park with her
family. She is proud that her daughter has grown to obsess over Ariel while her son is busy
perfecting his lightsaber moves.

Mary Beth is passionate about planning trips so that others experience the Disney Magic that
brings her family joy. She looks forward to helping families plan for all Disney experiences and
aims to tailor trips to each family’s wishes.

Carla Jackson

Carla is an avid traveler, Disney fan, proud military spouse of over 30 years, and mother of two daughters. She has led groups of friends to Disney parks, on cruises, and other vacations for decades and takes great joy in helping others have magical experiences. Understanding that Disney is for adults, too, Carla is passionate about supporting people of all ages to create their own special moments.

As a mom to three energetic boys and an avid Disney enthusiast, Jamie’s passion for creating enchantment for her family is unparalleled. Her journey with Disney began with her first visit to Disneyland, where the sight of Main Street sparked a lifelong love for the magic of Disney. 

From exhilarating thrill rides to exploring the latest culinary delights, she embraces every aspect of Disney magic. Whether splurging on an unforgettable family vacation or skillfully budgeting without sacrificing magical moments, she ensures her experience is filled with magic and cherished memories.

As a Disneyland Magic Key Holder, Jamie visits Disneyland regularly and loves sharing travel and insider tips and the season’s most thrilling experiences to help others craft their own magical adventures. When Jamie’s not traveling, you can find her court side, cheering on her boys during their basketball games.
