It’s never too late to request services for a Travel Planner even if you are already on vacation! I do this sort of thing all the time.

Yesterday a client reached out to me saying that they were currently unhappy with the hotel they were staying at in Waikiki. She knew this was a long shot but asked if by chance there was any availability at Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa for the rest of this week. Wasting no time, I called Aulani up and checked to see what was available.

The Disney Cast Member was super helpful in seeing that while we couldn’t get a room for the whole week we were able to get a one night stay for today the 13th and another one night stay for Friday the 15th. She also recommended calling first thing in the morning to see if the missing day could be added in. My clients agreed to the plan and booked their stay.

The next morning, I got on the phone. Sure enough, there was a last minute cancellation and the Cast Member made sure they could have one uninterrupted stay without switching rooms. Just one more example of Disney Magic in action!
