At ConciEARS, we are constantly moving forward and trying new things — and 2023 brings a BIG change for all of us. Our company founder and Head ConciEAR, Michael Renfrow, is transitioning into an advisory role and has appointed Lyndsey Wells as President. Lyndsey has been a top travel planner with ConciEARS since joining the company in 2019. 

“I am proud of the talented team of travel planners we’ve gathered at ConciEARS, and for the hundreds of memorable vacations we have helped create over the past six years,” said Renfrow. “Lyndsey has my full support as she continues to build on our legacy of supporting families and planning magical memories.”

Renfrow will stay on as Executive Vice President of Finance, along with Erik Johnson, Vice President of Marketing. Social media director Bryn Wittmayer has been promoted to Vice President of Communications and Community, and travel planner James Hall has been promoted to Vice President of Planner Operations. 

“Great things are in store for our company and our clients,” Lyndsey said. “I’m excited to tackle new initiatives and build tools that will help us provide even better service to the families we work with every day. It’s an honor to build upon the stellar reputation and culture Michael created at ConciEARS.”
