October kicks off both the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World and ConciEARS’ fifth anniversary. We owe our success to our wonderful clients! I have developed close relationships with clients while  planning trips. What’s it like to receive the special “ConciEARS” treatment? Let me tell you! 

It all starts with your call or email inquiring about our services. This is where the fun begins for me because I love setting up calls to talk about our Disney interests and how I can help you with an upcoming trip. In this first conversation, I find out what your interests and needs are. Then, I start to make some magic happen as our system is perfect for sending out quotes with my best recommendations for their trip. We get the details just right for you and book your trip.

Once the deposit is made and the trip officially made, my services don’t stop there. No matter how far in advance the trip is, I like to periodically check in. I will keep you updated with new developments and answer any questions you have regarding the trip. When a discount becomes available I automatically check to see if it will save you money. What a joy it is to break the news of saving money because of a new promotion or upgrade at almost no extra cost!

When it comes to trying to get something as dining reservations people can find it stressful to continuously monitor to see if their restaurant of choice becomes available. This is another delight I enjoy bringing to others as I relieve that stress by monitoring any available reservations. Now it doesn’t always happen but a majority of the time I am able to get a good chunk of what you are looking for.

Even after you officially start your trip my services don’t just stop. I will make sure to check in with you  to make sure everything is going well during your trip. By this point you will often see me as a travel buddy! I do my best to be available for any last minute changes or answer any questions you  may have while on your trip. One of my most recent experiences in making magic happen during a trip at Disney World was when a family member decided to to surprise the rest of their family.
